How do you describe item condition?
Every piece is personally inspected and described as accurately as possible. Condition notes are listed on each product page and may include details on fading, wear, hardware, and any flaws. We believe in full transparency — vintage means character, and we'll always tell you what you're getting.
Are items washed before shipping?
Yes. All items are cleaned before they're listed and shipped.
Sizing & Measurements
How do I know if something will fit?
We provide detailed measurements on every product page — chest, length, sleeve, waist, and inseam where applicable. Vintage sizing runs differently than modern sizing, so always go by the measurements rather than the tagged size. Visit our Size & Measurement Guide for help.
What if the measurements aren't listed?
Reach out to us before purchasing and we'll measure the item for you.
Inventory
Do you restock sold-out items?
No — every piece in our shop is one-of-a-kind. Once it's gone, it's gone. We recommend signing up for our email list to be notified when new items drop.
How often do you add new items?
We add over 25 new items every single day. New arrivals continue on a rolling basis. Follow us and sign up for email alerts to stay ahead of the drop.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location but generally range from 3–7 business days domestically.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns for 30 days from the time of purchase. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, please reach out so we can make things right. We do our absolute best to make sure our service and quality is 5 stars. Free returns are given for items that arrive damaged, not correct to size, or incorrect item shipped.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll work with you to resolve it.
